In post war America the threat of nuclear proliferation was a constant.  The question was - how to get comfortable with the bomb? Even designers had splitting atoms on the brain, hence the bio-morphic forms we associate with mid-century modernism.  This striking layout is so 50’s it even includes a pair of the ubiquitous 3D glasses!
